One of the most anticipated things I bake is banana bread. I make some kind of quick bread about every two weeks. Around here the cinnamon apple recipe or blueberry or cranberry recipes are greeted with smiles but banana bread brings the most joy.
Since Jim bought bananas last weekend at the grocery store and he will never eat them all I get to make the family favorite bread this week. The bananas are getting ready! See....
